Paid Time Off

Generous paid time off (PTO) accrual begins on the first day of employment! Employees' access to PTO is available after 520 hours of service. An additional PTO contribution of 48 hours is provided to the employee after 2080 hours.

Retirement Plan – 401(k) – Pre-tax and Roth Option

Qualifying employees who are at least 19 years of age are eligible to contribute. Valley Senior Living will contribute 2% and will match up to an additional 4% into the employee’s 401K account.

Shift Differentials

Due to the 24/7 nature of our organization, competitive pay differentials are given for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts!
